The international relief/ aid agencies and organizations are showing humble gesture in this humanitarian crisis for the resettlement and rehabilitation to the victims. The rescue and relief activities are carrying up along with the rehabilitation process of the displaced.
The bitter experience of the human casualties of such high magnitude surely click our mind and indicate that it is urgent time to think once again the possible terror of such natural disaster in the earthquake prone zone of this region. Especially some parts of India and major urban sector of Nepal seem vulnerable. The government and organization in this part shall be alert and aware of any indication of such possible crisis.

One of the latest news of the nation says “the student leader re-arrested”, people guess who? before scanning the news. Obviously, the right corner of the mind indicates it must be someone who is involved in so called revolution defined by different party in indifferent ways. With news ahead, it is again Mr. Krishna KC who was being detained by the Royal Nepalese Army a couple of years ago. Mr. KC is the former vide- president of the student union, a sub wing of his party. The sarcastic scenario goes with the news ahead saying ‘he was arrested by the Police soon after the Supreme Court ordered for his release’. The Supreme Court of the nation declared its decision to release him form custody but the government again re-arrested. What the whole plot shows? The police were waiting him outside the court and he, fearing with Police was staying in the court premises till late evening. In such case where goes the safeguard of human rights, where goes the respect of justice from court, where goes the fundamental civil rights? From the perspective of department, police succeeded to catch him again but the other side story says, there is again the massacre of judicial system in the nation, we guess so unless we get government’s version in this case. The people experienced such extreme negligence of government over the judicial practice in the past few years and this case remind again that no one is secure whether the court’s verdict is his/her favor or else. We believe it is the absolute mockery of the court and its decision when the Police force re-arrested KC in the court premises in presence of the veteran human right activists representing various organization and associations. Their voice is discarded along with the decision of the court. Despite the Supreme Court ordered the government to immediately release KC, saying there were no clear grounds to continue to keep KC in custody, why the government re-arrested? Everyone surprises and are waiting for government’s version. In conclusion, if there were any reasons to arrest him immediately after the verdict. What is it? To make sure the people regained their beliefs in government activities and judicial system it should be made clear to all. Otherwise such activities of the government will create question on human right and social justice. It is a curiosity of the neutral perspective adopters in the current crux of problem of the nation. We can sum up as there should be due respect on human rights, court, judicial system and wrong should rectified with appropriate measures. Let there be respect on judicial system, let there be no violation of human right, let people to be safe and enjoy their basic rights, let culprit punished not innocent. Let there be peace in Nepal.
